At Rockford Chimney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for a safe and efficient home heating system. If you are not happy with your order, you may return new, uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Request a Return Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific chimney components.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brackets, clamps, and installation hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Items
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier like UPS or FedEx to our processing facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items to verify they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
